Added new blocks: Four sided (Tube), Half Slope 2 and Quarter Slope*
*Old Quarter Slope has been fixed and reborn as Quarter Slope 2, apologies if your builds were affected
Changes construction stage threshold for some blocks
Fixed graphical issues on construction stage for Three Sided and Two Sided armor panels
