V1.0 - Initial Release

- Some graphics updated, basic picket fence funcionality implemented
- Internal code stuff added to make things easier for me.
- Existing bugs were squished and I made some changes to the text.

Also started work on the Farming grant, but haven't implemented it yet because it was notably buggy. A small change for the user, but major for me in terms of making things easier and the importance of it being the initial release.
