Fixed wrong slots location
Fixed wrong name for some slots (e.g hull layout) (break existing design)
converted all png file to tga to improve load time
fixed ifv missing icon

changed most special project prototype speed to fast/small

added 2nd ammo slot
new ammo: HEAT, HESH, tier 4 ammo, Gun launch atgm upgrade
upgraded mech atgm also available
added turret power delivery system slot w/ new modules
added all missing higher tier and magic cannons to armored car and mech
added images to special projects
