Made the mod work with the new update.
Pioneers are changed to Settlers

Colonists
Removed +5 energy colonist, as it is now obsolete
Pioneers buffed to decrease energy cost of tiles as well
Industrialists reworked
Spacecraft
Security System now gives hitpoints
Cargo
Warehouse now gives 4 titanium and 1 petrolium, enough for a sattelite.

Made some modifications, specifically:

Colonists:
-Decreased health cost of Industrialists to -5%
-Added Veterans, who give +1 Production and +10% military unit production in each city.

Cargo:
-Surplus supplies now gives +3 of each non-affinity resource.
-Crew Logs is back, and they give 5 affinity points in each type, not enough for a full level.

Colonists:
-Fixed Industrialists, they now correctly give production
-Changed health penalty to 10% from 15%

Cargo:
-Took out trade goods, as it wasn't very intersting when you couldn't build trade units right away, and you can just start with pioneering anyway.
-NEW CARGO: Surplus Supplies
-Adds one of each strategic resource to your supply.

Renamed many of the choices

Removed Library, it was pretty overpowered.

Added Sattelite option.

Changed Ranger to an alien manticore.

Added a few more of each type. Bureacrats are now Economists.
