make groups more aggressive again

Properly addworkshop the playermodel
Regen slower ( every 0.25s to every 0.5s )

Groups of jerma will now only infight IF they are bored, ( have no valid enemy )

Polished strikes, fixed some bugs
( Going inside will now make them strike much faster. )

Polished the punching, shootliked sounds, made them all proper volume!

Rework addon a bit.
Three variants now
"Jerma", low health, low damage, slow fodder enemy
"Jerma (Scared)" Scared version of Jerma

"Jerma985" Ominous, extremely fast, tanky, loud. Generally unstoppable.

Made lots of little tweaks too
+Add jermasour face when he's damaged
