- Discriminated slaves also not assimilated under legacy slavery anymore
- Acceptance Thresholds now changed, full acceptance now requires 95, everything re-scaled in between
- Assimilation modifiers for different thresholds are now uniquely defined per citizenship law
- Increased radicals from low SOL and Starvation
- Wages, Qualifications Growth, and generation of both Radicals and Loyalists are now impacted more severely by citizenship laws

- Substantially reworked the process of assimilating homeland pops:
--> accepted pops in homelands no longer receive a boost, which was evidently meant to counteract some penalties from lacking shared traits, but now simply skip a penalty - so that ukrainians, occitans, and similar don't disappear too rapidly.
--> the process now checks against whether the culture is accepted, rather than whether the pop is discriminated, so that religious discrimination doesn't boost assimilation...
