+ FTilt has 2 less frames of startup.
+ FTilt reaches farther out and more inside of Mari.
~ FTilt offset adjusted.

+ NAir landing lag got reduced by 3 frames.
~ Removed NAir sourspot and extended NAir main by 2 frames.
- NAir BKB got reduced (7 > 5).

- Shoryuken has less BKB (15 > 12).
- Shoryuken has less KBS (0.8 > 0.75).
- Shoryuken has 2 added startup frames.

~ FAir has adjusted HSpeed (5 > 4).
~ FAir active window 2 has been adjusted (18 > 14).
- FAir BKB has been decreased (8 > 7).
- FAir active frames has been reduced (6 > 5).

~ BAir has adjusted HSpeed (-5 > -2.5).
- BAir has reduced width (60 > 50).

+ All Strongs have 2 less frames of startup.
+ air_friction has been changed (.15 > .2).
+ Spindash has a new mechanic, holding Parry while its active now allows Mari to slow down.
This makes it more useful to charge at higher speeds while still having an option to prevent SDs.
