Mega Buster:
+ increased duration of strong initial hitbox from 1 -> 2 frames
+ fixed bug where rapidly turning cause lemons to behave erroneously

U-strong:
- increased end lag from 10 -> 15
- added whifflag to the move
- decreased base knockback of final hitbox from 10 -> 7
+ increased knockback growth of final hitbox from 0.65 -> 1

F-strong:
- increased endlag from 15 -> 25

D-strong:
- increased startup window from 10 -> 15
- increased endlag from 12 -> 14
- added whifflag to the move
- decreased damage from 16 -> 12
+ increased knockback scaling from 0.7 -> 1.0

U-tilt:
~ removed ability to fast-fall while performing move

D-tilt:
~ increased knockback scaling from 0.5 -> 0.6
+ made jump cancel actionable sooner; from 5 -> 2 frames after hit

D-attack:
~ removed early sourspot hitbox entirely
+ increased knockback scaling from 0.2 -> 0.5

F-air:
- increased startup window length from 10 -> 12
+ increased knockback scaling from 0.05 -> 0.4
~ increased hitpause from 4 -> 7
~ increased hitpause scaling from 0.1 -> 0.7

D-air (made it less committal off stage):
+ added a jump cancel on hit to D-air (6 frames after hitlag is over)
- increased startup from 10 -> 15 frames
+ increased sweetspot hitbox size

B-air (made it so it kills more reliably at higher %):
+ adjusted KB angle from 135 -> 140
- decreased base knockback from 10 -> 6
+ increased knockback scaling from 0.4 -> 0.9
~ increased base hitpause from 4 -> 8
~ increased hitpause scaling from 0.1 -> 0.6

Specials:

- made it more difficult to stall in the air; Rush Jet energy will only passively regenerate when Mega Man is on solid ground
- increased rate of energy loss for Rush Jet from 0.5 -> 0.65 points/frame (out of 200), make him despawn faster

+ fixed bug where Rush Jet despawning animation after Mega Man death looks weird
+ fixed bug where K.Rock would cause infinite height or freezing when attempting to throw in a diagonal direction

- added parry stun to A.Cloud
- added extended parry stun to A.Cloud
- added extended parry stun to E.Freeze
- added extended parry stun to O.Bubbles

+ changed hitbox of F.Combust to match Forsburn's Dspecial explosion
~ changed hitboxes of W.Twister to match Wrastor's Nspecial

+ increased small energy gain from 3 -> 4
~ made the drops from Eddie always appear in the same order (s-W, m-W, s-HP, l-W, l-HP)
