Fix to Elder weapon Bench.

In case the Mod doesn't update itself or you get the lame "Mod Mismatch" Problem
- In Steam enter the Workshop and search for VAM.
- Unsubscribe and then Subscribe again to the Mod.
- Steam should start downloading the new Mod Version.

Finally address the Exploit with the Rune System. No longer can you remove runes once they have been placed in the item. Do Not Report The Button No Longer Works. It is DISABLED!!!!
