Version 1.3

-Corrected the Corruption bonus income to start at > 60 rather than > 50, so that the 50 - 60 Corruption level is normal income, 0 to 49 is penalty to income, and 61 to 100 is bonus income (rather than a penalty, then immediately a bonus).
