- im really sorry - fixed a issue where HP and Stamina got reduced by 50% on perkcheck

- Fixed issue, that the Attribute window showed only 1-20 instead of 1-30 for Attributes. Sorry!

- Removed all Overwritten Basefiles
- Rebuilded the whole Mod in a own System, that it runs with other Mods like Paragon leveling Mod
- Adjusted some textes in case of grammar
- :warning: After pick/reset Attributes, give the system 30-60 Seconds to apply the new Perks
- Even after a login/death, give the system 30-60 Seconds to apply the new Perks
