Improvements
Slight sound tweaks.
Don't play snap sounds on unbreakable constraints if both ents are still valid ( stops sounds when undoing a constraint )
Don't play crazy tension sounds on really small contraptions, should fix vehicles ever playing crazy sounds, doesn't apply to snap sounds,
Ratelimit "Wooshes"
Make all snap sounds CHAN_STATIC

Don't play ANY of the visual effects if player is at low fps. ( dust, wood/metal gibs )

Handle all sounds, screenshake clientside
Done so that clientside cvars could be added

tension_cl_enabled ( disables entire addon, clientside )
tension_cl_screenshake_enabled
tension_cl_volumemul ( ACTUAL VOLUME OPTION!!! )

Add SV command tension_sv_adminonly
Makes addon only apply to admin owned props ( REQUIRES CPPI )

Play echo sound on the middle of builds if they're big enough

Think slower for frozen/boring ents ( optimisation )

Ignore constraints on NPCs

Even more aggressive freezing

add internal contraption stress echoes
if one end of a build is stressed, we then check up through the rest of it and play a stress sound on the other end of it, etc.
Made sure it's pretty subtle, performant.

Better freezing on lag checks
