Massive performance boost thanks to caching algorithm in some of the Armoury operations
From ~100 seconds down to 40s during a turn
Should prevent prevalent desync because of the last update before this.

Bugfix for previous update, this should ensure that every ancillary reward from faction is distributed randomly to every lord (if the ancillary is defined as armoury item)

Optimisation in kitbash operations for AI factions that take advantage of lord kitbash system. This should reduces turn times and lag in multiplayer campaign that could lead to desync.

Implement feature. Faction ancillary from quest now awarded randomly to a lord that support kitbash system in faction.

Fixed a bug when a kitbashable lord received ancillary that is not compatible with his weapon slots by moving that ancillary to another kitbashable lord that is compatible
