Update workshop item - Accidentally left some Soviet Units in BLUE mode. I had set them that way so I could test triggers ((and see where they were when triggers fired. Corrected now. All Soviet units are now properly set to RED.

Added the second mission in the series: Carrier Operations in the Central Mediterranean. COMSITHFLT has ordered USS CONSTELLATION CV-64 and her Carrier Strike Group to return to the Mediterranean via the Suez Canal.

Updated Merrill and Conelly to thier 1985 ABL configuration. That's the USS MERRIL I was aboard in summer 1996.

Added a small Turkish Naval Force, since the mission involves an escaltion of conflict between Turkey and the USSR. Updated Merrill and Deyo to the ABL congiguration they were in during 1985.
