- New Main Character: Milena 'Psycho Maid' Drazic, a vengeful cyborg maid who redefines brutality. Her bloody campaign against the Black Dawn Collective across Eastern Europe is as terrifying as it is theatrical.
- New Faction: FARMA Team, a high-tech paramilitary force under FARMA CO., specializing in VIP extractions and riot control. Need help during a riot? If you can pay, they’ll deliver.
- Added NCL Occultists, nazi pagans bringing chaos and creepy rituals to the world.
- Added BDC elites, a hardened group of anarcho-communists trained as war veterans. They rely on superior tactics and brutal coordination rather than advanced tech or heavy armor.
- 7 New weapons. Four FARMA CO. designs. A cybernetic flamethrower. A laser heavy gun. Milena knife.
- Resprited BDC Armor.
- Interactive Items Marked: Blue "!" icons now highlight interactive objects on thumbs. Secrets are no longer needlessly cryptic.
- Some weapons allow stock folding. Right-click and select "Next Texture" in the context menu.
