Added an improved AI based on the sandbert with AI template.
Added nintendo wii stage wiimote compatibility. (Credit goes to ATalksToSelf)
Initial dash speed increased (5.5 -> 6).

Nspecial:
-Delayed firing now stops if Glimmer is hit during it.

Blue fireball (mine) form:
-No longer detonates on teammates (oversight).
-Detonation knockback scaling reduced: (0.85 -> 0.6).

-No longer triggers hitpause when hitting a fire ball.

Glimmer version 1.1

Following the early release feedback she is getting a good round of rebalancing.
Her weaker normals and aerials have been buffed in several ways to feel more in line with the rest of her moves.
Her fstrong is now more consistent, dstrong and ustrong are slower and weaker.

-Removed debug messages.
-Re-added voiceline on character selection.
-Blue melody's ridiculous kba changed (0.5 -> 0.9).

-Dtilt:
Damage increased (2 -> 4).
Hitbox size increased.
Endlag decreased (14 -> 12).

-Fair:
Overall damage increased by 1 (5 -> 6).
Overall base knockback increased (5 -> 6.5).
Overall scaling increased (0.5 -> 0.55).

-Fair (green):
Base knockback increased (7 -> 8).
Hitpause increased.

-Dair:
Damage increased (5 -> 6).
Back hitbox size increased.
Hitpause increased.

-Dair (red):
Hitboxes have been spread out a little.

-Bair:
Base knockback increased (5 -> 7).
Knockback scaling increased (0.5).
Lifetime decreased (6 -> 3).
Weaker hitbox removed.

-Bair (blue):
Base knockback increased (7 -> 8).

-Bair (green):
Hitpause increased.
Lower part of the hitbox increased.

-Fstrong:
Hitbox priority changed. The stronger hitbox now has priority.
Top hitbox angle lowered (60 -> 45).
Hitpause increased.

-UStrong:
Added a scooping hitbox during the initial part of the spin.
Reduced the move's active frame time by 6 frames.
Last hitbox timing delayed by 3 frames and reduced its active frames (3 -> 1).
Increased recovery.
Last hitbox kill power decrease, base knockback (10 -> 8).

-Dstrong:
Startup increased (11 -> 14).
Main hitboxes base knockback decreased (10 -> 8), hitpause increased.
Back hitbox angle lowered (120 -> 135).
Side hitboxes active frames increased (5 -> 7), base knockback decreased (8 -> 7).

-Fspecial (normal & red):
Final hit base knockback increased (9 -> 10).
Lower hitbox base knockback (6 -> 7).
Increased hitpause on the last hit.
Fixed an issue with charge scaling not working correctly.

-Taunt:
Salt damage increased by 998%.
