- Changed map type from gm_ to rp_

(This is mainly for bug testing on my end, I've been having this issue with most of the decals disappearing when I host a multiplayer world, so I want to see if I can fix it with this. After I upload this I'll delete everything about rp_tferemaster (I'll still have the one I edit on, this is just the public version) and, just, yeah.)

Version 3.0

- Added Navmesh and Ai nodes

- Made one door able to be opened again with an input. I am petty, so the other door is remaining the same until someone complains about it again lol (Plus hey, the button sparks so, maybe it's broken in the lore, good luck)

- New Icon

- Added speaker model
- Added new corkboard model

- Moved clock in office

- Made physics objects actual physics objects instead of dynamic props tied to physics props

- Added some more decor here and there

- Replaced brush curtains with modeled curtains
- Remade Tokens sign
- Replaced the ambiance and fixed some in certain spots (It was annoyingly loud)
- Messed around with lighting, not fixed, probably won't be
- I genuinely have no idea what I'm doing
