LWOTC 1.2.0 Updates

Mods that were removed from this collection, since now they have LWOTC versions:
- Kiruka's Spark Overhaul
- Electrical Damage Consistency

I am currently working to merge my 'New XCom/Random perk pool for all LWOTC classes.' feature with the new random perks system. Since the old system doesn't work with the new one, I will disable my feature by now.

Also rebalanced the new classes Buccaneer and Warden so they have a harder access to Lighting Reflexes, to reflect the rebalance that ocurred for Assault regarding this skill in LWOTC 1.2.0.

Everything else seems to be working fine, but I will investigate the impacts of the LWOTC update further.
