Fixed some minor issues with descriptions, hopefully a little more readable and consistent with each levels of Moodles.

Made some changes to Steam Workshop description. It now displays Translations.

Reduced text in a lot of the descriptions, implemented % values where possible.

Okay I lied. This is the last update.

Completely revised Heavy Load and Endurance moodle descriptions to show more % values.

Removed verbose rankings for Injured since the only notable status effect is decreased Carrying Capacity.

All moodles should now be completely accurate except for Noxious Smell.

<br> Lines not yet implemented cause descriptions will still break.

Next update will include more % and less verbose rankings but that won't come until after the holidays.

Reworked the workshop description.
Changed the mod name from Contextual Moodle Descriptions to Moodle Descriptions Expanded - Now my mind is finally at ease from ADHD hyper-fixation on the name.
