Updated Ancillary Fix to cover all potential confederation targets. Cleared faction restrictions on non-random, non-transferable items for Beastmen, Chaos, Chaos Dwarfs, Khorne, Nurgle, Slaanesh, Tzeench, and Norsca. These items should now be acquirable for confederated lords and heroes from their factions.

First pass on fixing missing mounts, updated ancillaries table to remove set restrictions for Khorne legendary lord mounts. Will need to review and test in depth to verify other monogod legendary lord mounts.
