Small typo fix in cofigs

Completely reworked from the ground up. They were supposed to focus on killing low hp or marked / debuffed enemies and getting away.. this mechanic has been fleshed out and they also inflict poison and bleeding now.

DISCOVERED THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL. And squashed it!
A single line of code allows me to properly assign the CORRECT INV SLOT. I had to do it directly in the proficiency script, not in the configs. So now these guys prof perk rank 5 and 7 will freaking WORK. HAH-LEH-LUE-YER.

Removed class from AWC rolls. I already built them a custom pool so there is no need for the second pool giving random, completely useless or obsurd skills.

Fixed slot assignment of all the abilities.
This should fix any current or future issues with said abilities. :)

Fixed GTS perks not costing anything. Also fixed the ranks requirements to permanently unlock Jackal Masteries 1, 2, and 3.

Swapped around a few abilities to make the class more streamlined to its design.

Replaced the "Lethal Poison" GTS with "Lick your wounds" and rotated them to level 1.
GTS Grappling hook integration is now level 2.
GTS parkour training is now level 3.

Added icon for tactical ability "gunslinger" (Prof rank 1 passive)

Fixed the proficiency perk so it all functions as intended. Changed up a few things on the skill tree. Check discussions tab for updated information.
