Made the neighbors more interconnected for improved bot versatility and hopefully dissuade them from stacking on a single point. If you have any tips about that don't hesitate to throw in your judgement because its getting a little infuriating

Added avoidance boxes to the other side of the river to help bots not get stuck swimming in the river after driving their vehicles into it alongside minor polishes.

Evened the number of neighbors to hopefully dissuade prioritization by bots along with some polishes.

Widened central road for player convenience/vehicle accessibility, connected the quay to the central road for the same reasons, smoothed the central incline on the escarpment somewhat, and added pathfinding links to more houses.
