Lethal hits now stack in order rather than on top of each other.

Fix: Fixed selection tool, corrected board/roller/scoreboard buttons. Allowed mult click for lethal hits

Updated lethal hits to allow multiple clicks. But need to handle dropping dice into lethal rolls area better.

Added a new button to the dice mat that allows you to auto remove the lethals... it needs more work and ideas too, but its a start :D
