NEW WEAPON CATEGORY
Battle Rifle
Uses The model from Halo Medley and has 3 tiers (CV, MG, BM).

Uses the same model for all 3 tiers (Using what I got man)

Has a custom ability to alternate between single and triple burst fire.

Added support for Verge (for now until I create a class specifically to use this weapon category)

Fixed ammo issue with the 2 psi weapons. Should now be infinite.

CANT GET THE PASSIVE TO WORK AS INTENDED FOR LIGHTNING. So I decided to just stick with a different passive already built by mitzruti. Will update weapon description

Had to create a "dummy perk" for Psi Rupture so that it shows up in the armory weapon UI screen. Also added support so that targets being affected by it have a tooltip display for YAF1

Added a new passive to Psi Lightning (Primary)
NEW ABILITY ADDED
Psi Rupture - Each primary weapon attack will inflict a rupture on the target that increases psi damage they take by +2
