Changelog: [B42] Wallet Fix v1.7

New Features:

Added tooltip files:
- A separate `Tooltip_XX.txt` file was created for each supported language.
- The files include translated texts, such as:
```lua
Tooltip_Recipe_ClothingNotWorn = "Translated text",
```
The recipe has been updated with the following improvements:
- Players can now walk while crafting.
- A verification mechanism ensures the wallet is not equipped before the process starts.

Bug Fixes:

The recipe was further adjusted and refined to ensure better functionality.
Standardized the structure of tooltip files for consistency across all languages.

Expanded Multilingual Support: [B42] Wallet Fix now includes complete translations for all languages supported by Project Zomboid. Players can enjoy the mod in their preferred language.
New Translations Added:
- The `ItemName_XX.txt` files now include translations for `Wallet_Male` and `Wallet_Female`, tailored to each language.
- The `Recipes_XX.txt` files now contain accurate translations for "Rip Wallet" in all supported languages.
Improved Immersion: All texts, item names, and recipe descriptions have been refined to ensure a more authentic gameplay experience.

Release Notes: [B42] Wallet Fix v1.0

Initial Release Highlights:

Wallet Storage Added: Wallets can now hold cash, badges, and ID cards, making inventory management easier and more realistic.
Crafting Integration: Wallets can be torn apart to produce leather strips, giving unused wallets a new purpose.
Improved Immersion: Adds practical value to wallets, enhancing the survival mechanics in Project Zomboid.
Seamless Gameplay: Designed to integrate smoothly with the base game and other mods.
