Updated missles for new patch. Vastly improved Time to climb for all aircraft. Changed Mig-31 loadout as R-37M needs more tweaks. Added new loadout for SU-24, Mig-24, and Mig-31. Fixed Radar for SU-24K Fixed ECM on Ko-45.

Fixed Mig-31s sinking into deck. Correct SA-6 range and speed. Modified Mig-31 to carry only AA-9s while AA-13s get fixed.

Created new castle superstructure. Many thanks to Cent for that one. Changed default Mig-24 camo to russian sea blue, changed mig-24 spoilerons. Reduced overall acceleration to make the ship feel "heavier" added full 360 Aegis panels.

Added Poliment Aegis system, added 10 Su-24K "Tiger" Squadron with upgraded R-29 engines and armed with P-800 as a strike heavy package. Ship scale slightly modified to become a believable 96000 ton vessel with 72 aircraft. It is now up to the player on how bullshit they want to be or if they want to limit themselves a little. Different variants based on time era restriction will be added soon after the second carrier project "Fobos" is completed (80,000 ton Kiev)
