New quick usage features to speed up Stack-Viewer usage!

* SHIFT clicking options will toggle the anti-screamer.
* SHIFT RIGHT clicking options will open recently updated addons.

* File/Data function tracking and safety (prevents malicious addons from modifying your garrysmod/data/* files).

* New file blacklist to help detect screamers better.
