- .50 cal M2HB machineguns now have correct penetration values (9 - using ball ammunition).

- AA gun horizontal and vertical tracking speeds reduced significantly to 25-30 and 15 respectively.

- Halftrack HP values reduced to 300 from 400.

- Reduced flamethrower damage to 20 from 40.


Americans
--------------

- Added correct values for the M15 MGC's 37mm cannon.


Soviets
----------

- DShK heavy machineguns now have correct penetration values (20).

- Guards Rifle Squads now spawn with a single PTRD rifle and a DP-28.

- Cost and pop requirements for Soviet 120mm mortar team call-in's fixed.

- PTRD damage increased to 29 from 14.5.
