Added COD WW2 health and ammo cache props so that the assets can be used without caching a bunch of sounds and other shit unnecessarily

Also updated to include the ballistic knife crosshair material which is in the WNW 3 / BO3 content which is unnecessary for most of my configs and takes up a lot of space / caches a lot of sounds (was primarily causing problems on Moon)

- Removed duplicate stakeout shotgun sound files from owlie's old weapons
- Removed owlie weapon sound pre-cache autorun
- Removed BO2 galvaknuckles sounds (was included because they were missing, then fixed, then went missing again due to updates to the main NZ content packs and I never backed up the real ones so I had to make my own temporarily using hl2 stunstick sounds.)
