the TOW launcher's max range has been nerfed 65 from 55 because it will spit out red lines if range is more than 56

added "vacpack", will grant 100% vacuum resistance.
i thought of adding typical latex looking space suit but it would make every colonist have same fit so i didn't added it and instead i added vacpack.
(maybe ill add it later)
