EC100 fix

Improved code for EC-100 and gave it "character info" (it should be able to use talents and skills now).

Added a water crate that you can pick up water with and then process it in the Processor for some salt and silt.

Hotfix for items that deal bonus damage vs demonic content

Nerfed Missionary uniform and buffed Ascendancy set (also added better descriptions that say what they do)
