redid Chainfire UI to not make playerextra extend past your side of the screen.
minor tweaks to R3 movement
R3 now has a circle that tells you how far it can be from Nari to perform tandems.

Revamped playerextra UI, so R3 and R4 use their own dedicated UI over the DI wheel
added a clash intro interaction between herself and Decider

Bug fix where people had the Nari voiceover when they shouldn't

- R4-ML now drains meter from Nari
- This does NOT mean R4 needs meter to stay on the field
- R4-ML chip damage reduced on all of its melee attacks (1.2 > 0.8)
- R4-ML action interval increased (35f > 50f)
- R4-ML rocket sprite changed
- R4-ML rockets and bullets have custom style-dependant coloring + style-dependant trails for better visual clarity
- Note: I didn't know how to do this until I made Decider, and this was intended to be on release. Apologies

Fixed a bug where loading Nari in singleplayer as player 2 would unlock the debug achievement that unlocks the voicepack

- reworked target practice (up)
- reworked chainfire implemented
- f9 base, f12 extention
- f9 base is very prone to droping combos
- f12 extention is very good at upkeeping combos
- movement via slider enables backwards movement in combo
- can fc and flip in combo only
- Coins now bounce up if it hits a Fighter
- Coins no longer scale DI (at least, they shouldn't)
- Coins have a slightly higher SDI mod
- Lead Stroll restands if opponent doesn't DI up at all
- All multihits no longer scale pushback (at least, they shouldn't)
- Spare Change now interrupts f9 in combo, and can be held to continue the animation.
- All projectile attacks give sadness
- some other attacks give sadness if used while flipped
- redlines first buff gives Nari deadeye instead of meter
