Minor oversight fix

Overhaul to Focus Sparks.
Detonate and Snipe can be moved with the Focus Spark's innate DI movement
Snipe now has a set distance it spawns from with low aimability
Rootin and Tootin are now both f6 hits
Rootin's empowered variant is now called Shootin
Mud Stain has been reworked to be a f5 hit and low profiles slightly (mainly for ground-to-air interactions)
New move: Shell Game. Upon using the move, your next action will swap your position with your Focus Spark when entering your next action. This move recovers faster and by proxy teleports sooner during combos.
Crosshairs now hits f7
Scoped now hits f9
Scoped is now a slider instead of an XY plot
Nari now sports intro text on her base intro, with 3 base quotes and 3 unique dialogue lines to Archangel specifically.
Might need to fix some stuff later but we'll see how it goes

Added Cross Intro with some mods (Nari will have a unique interaction with herself and a one-sided interaction with Chimamire)
Rootin now has 2 hits. One at f5 and one at f6
Scoped now hits f11
Fixed an issue where Target Practice was a low (oops)

Gavel Shot momentum fixed (i accidently commented a line of code so it was far weaker than it shouldve been)
Universal +1 hitlag added to all attacks
Fixed some minor hitlag issues
Added 2 toggles to taunt. Song Toggle triggers a song when used, but only works with the Kitchen Gun voiceover, or if you have a special voiceover provided by me. Arena toggle only works with the special voiceover provided by me.
If the kitchen voiceover is used, ARMED will make Nari say a special voiceline. AGAIN will also do this with a different line. You already know what they are :)

Scoped now has better range
Added parry timings to Dueling Distance and Focus Point (for Bomb Snipes/Jukes respectively. DW abt it :3)
Moonshine when grounded now entirely resets momentum

Detonate is now parriable
Focus Sparks now have a lifetime of 100 frames
Focus Sparks now can be hit and will break them if broken
