- Added new phantom SNPCs.
- Removed unnecessary things from the autorun.

- Removed useless tank code.
- New fire effect at the top of the tank's turret if the tank is at low health.
- Fixed bug where one SNPC didn't spawn with a correct weapon.
- Now certain SNPCs can use the new OICW.
