tr_supremacy_fleet_logistical_corps now reduce logistic upkeep
Calc of attrition now is excaclty proportional in base at naval capacity (before was 4 condition of if > x so be x )
New policies for reduce attrition but increment upkeep military logistics
Penalty empire size reduce to 0,0025 by 0,004 (vanilla was 0,002)
Late game penalty size reduce of 25%
Now in system locator can found nebulae system
Change resettlement_limited now exist resettlement_disallowed and resettlement_limited disallowed is how vanilla instead resettlement_limited be happy progressive but can resettle with double cost.
Rebalance planet teleporters 3 give bonus productive jobs but have little upkeep energy
Vault job now is double more productive and little cost more (~25%)

Removed job archaeologist. Instead put biologist and bonus for producing artifacts for those deposits.
Integrate edict for found nice location furnace, dyson sphere, Nanite Harvester, ice mining and Quantum Catapult get code for search by sba.
Integrate description star system in menù
