Version 1.2

I've tried to write this as soon as I did the version and used the discussion notes but have no doubt forgotten something so apologies but will be a nice surprise if you see it. : )

  • Hover Text on Health Badge Optional - Show either percentage or amount.
  • Loyalty Bar Optional - Make an option so you can have a bar instead of the percentage displaying the same information but graphically.
  • Ordering Badges Optional - either by Min Loyalty (default) or Min Health. From right to left. Not sure if that's what everyone else would do but looked right to me.
  • Low Health Alarm Optional - If a follower is on less than 30% pulses orange every half second.
  • Chester Included Optional - Includes Snow and Shadow versions.
  • Chester, Abigail, Shadow Maxwell and Catcoon follow distance Optional - Set's the individual distance they follow.

    Before I get hated for copying. I have used very different code to the other Chester follow distance mod that is out. I checked to make sure I wasn't copying. Mine removes the old follow brain function and inserts a new follow function like in the API example from Klei. As I was using that function for more than one brain it's better for this situation.

  • Chester, Glommer and Mandrake Quieter Optional - Can make them not make their default idle sounds which I think the Glommer and mandrake is definitely quite different. Options like with the above for each individually.
  • Chester and Glommer are everyones friend Optional - Nothing will attack them. It removes his combat component. I've not tested much but if anyone knows of a prob with this please let me know. Really handy for when playing as Webber.
  • Beefalo Horn Followers Optional - Set more or less for when you blow the horn.
  • Horn Follow Duration Optional - Multiplies how long the Beefalo follow when the horn is blown. (1x - 10x)
  • Spider Hat Durability Optional - Multiplies how long the Spider Hat lasts for. (1x - 30x)
  • Glommer Tweak - So if the player doesn't already have a Glommer follower and picks up a flower the Glommer won't start following unless it's 50 distance which is about a screen and a half I think.
  • Mandrake Limit Badges Optional - Limit from 12 to 0 badges to be displayed for Mandrakes.
  • Stop Pigs from becoming Werepigs Optional - Only if they're followers.
  • Graphics Changed - Didn't like the Beefalo, Bishop, Mandrake, Bunnyman, Rook or Spiders so changed those. Added Chester's, Teen Beefalo and Shaved Beefalo badges.

  • Badge Commands Optional - Just one very basic tester version but I've left it in there for people to see. Graphics aren't done or even the interface but if you click on the compass the follower should make some movement towards the player. It's a start...

WHAT THE MOD DOES

So there's two functions working. One to update the current view of badges and then there is a function for checking for health updates on the followers and pulses if there are.


CHESTER

Chester was not included. This was out of choice and I was wrong. My reasons were he has regenerating HP, self resurrects and already has an indicator in the form of the eye bone I thought it was overkill to add him as a badge but I've seen the light now.


GLOMMER CHANGE

Glommer's prefab has been adjusted as would not work by default. Hopefully this is quite similar to how it should function naturally but if not please let me know. I've added a function that pings every second he is alive and checks if the player has a Glommer flower in their inventory with the tag of Glommer flower. If so it adds the follower to the the player and stops Catcoons attacking.

You can turn this off in the Mod Config but he will no longer be a follower as originally it follows the flower not player.
