Yeomen Commander Banner gives 25% physical resistance instead of 20 armour
Yeomen Commander Banner gives +45% charge bonus up from +20%

Conscription gives -5% upkeep to non-Knights instead of -2% to infantry

Fixed a bug where Trebuchet Commander and Yeomen Commander added a flat base damage value instead of increasing it by a percentage.
