✔ Optimizations & Cleanup
- Reduced the impact of stress, panic, stamina, and body temperature on increasing the chance of an asthma attack

✨ New Additions
- An inhaler is now included in the starting inventory
- The effect of body temperature on the chance of an attack now varies depending on how far it deviates from the normal range (36-37°C) in either direction.
