+Up B height speed Y increased (3.2 > 4)
Nerfs
-Side B startup increased (7f > 11f)
-Side B attacking endlag increased by 3 frames)
-Side B ending hit knockback decreased (7.8 > 7.2)
-Side B should now only catch anyone not from below
-Side B trick damage decreased (4 > 3)
-Side B trick endlag increased by 2 frames
-Side B down trick knockback decreased (9.8 > 8.2)
-Side B up trick knockback decreased (9.8 > 8.1)
-Ultra shoots less Fruitsnacks and lasts a little faster now to attempt to lower chances of online desync
Fixes/Changes
+Neutral B should now be cancellable during startup by pressing Shield
~Fixed potential softlock involving Up B being interrupted by injury
~Up B now immediately stops when Filian collides onto the ceiling
