Mini-map has been added.

Added bomb blockers to keep bombs from getting stuck in unreachable places. Also some general clipping improvements. Added a connector from Mid to Shipping so that smoking Ramp doesn't completely choke off B. Fixed the usage of the triple-bulb light prop that doesn't have an exterior. Some are embedded in the ceiling, some got changed to a different prop.
