Reintroduced a lot of downsides at earlier Grades (or even made them harsher), and tweaked some HP values.

Universal:
All HP values corrected to intended values
All stat buffs/debuffs correct to intended values

Industrial Lifter Arms:
Strength min -10% -> -15%
Thievery min -50% -> -80%

KLR Series Arms:
Dexterity/Strength mins -5% -> -20%
HP max 200 -> 175
Swimming min -25% -> -40%
Swimming max -25% -> -30%
Thievery max -5% -> -10%

Skeleton Arms:
Dexterity min -10% -> -15%
Thievery min -25% -> -80%

Steady Arm:
Dexterity min -5% -> -20%
Crossbow min 0% -> -15%

Thief’s Arm:
Dexterity min -5% -> -18%
Dexterity max +7% -> +10%
Swimming min -40% -> -30%
Swimming max 0% -> -15% (original value)
Lockpicking / Thievery mins 0% -> -10% (original value)
