- hotfix for an error which prevented players from using the human Turrets on the map.

- Removed the 2 powerups from the center of map (teleport exits). 6 powerups were way too much, now there are just 4.

- Lamprey sub-ED had the harmless side-effect removed from rifle bullet / spear; additionally damage effect lower bound was increased to 42 and maximum bound increased to 84, given 0.2381 damage modifier for cyborg and cyborg shield. Updated the Lamprey sub-ED melee, now has a modified version of the CMT Evolved melee_blade.damage_effect; minimum damage 2-hit kills, maximum melee damage is the same as vanilla Needler. CMT Evolved melees have a larger radius (.65). Additionally, the melee now uses the CMT Evolved Shedder melee sound.

- Sentinel Beam was given Halo 3 Camo Ding values, damage was lowered from 5.25 down to 5 (keep in mind Halo 3 has it at 4), and it now has a 1.08 damage modifier for cyborg shields and a .56 damage modifier for cyborg (unshielded). It is enough to kill 2 players in 1 burst, but it does not do enough damage to remove the shield of a 3rd player in the same burst. Also, keep in mind Ruby Rebalanced's Sentinel Beam melee is a minimum damage 2-hit kill unlike most weapons.

- Now using Digsite MP hud_msg_icons_mr.bitmap created by Altis (Energy Sword, Sentinel Beam, and Speargun have correct weapon icons)

public build; increased starting and maximum ammo of Lamprey sub-ed; increased it's projectile damage of rifle bullet / spear to 1, gave it the harmless side effect (still skips shield and has instant-killing headshots)

private build; had fractional damage for the Splashsite Lamprey sub-ed bullet/spear projectile that might of caused desynchs
