Introduces the new IgnoresInvincibilityPower with supporting images and localization. Refactors IgnoresInvincibilityAction and related cards to use the new power, removes deprecated ArtsPerformancePower, and updates GutsPower and RevivePatch logic for improved healing and revive handling.

Added Japanese, Korean, and Traditional Chinese localization files for cards, powers, monsters, UI, and events. Updated and corrected English card descriptions for clarity and consistency. Refactored several card and power classes for improved logic, including bug fixes for power removal and turn-based effects. Bumped mod version to 1.0.0 in pom.xml.
