* Added medium_gun_1~2 to all (shipset)_01_starbase_turret_section_entity instances.
* Added strike_craft_locator_01 to all (shipset)_01_orbital_station_hangarbay_section_entity instances.
* Added a part1 locator to all outposts for NSC3 compatibility purposes.
* Added a part2 locator to corvettes for NSC3 compatibility purposes.
* Added a part4 locator to Starports, Starholds and Starfortress for NSC3 compatibility purposes.
* Added a part4~7 locators to Citadels for NSC3 compatibility purposes.
* Deactivated some minor_01 stations that had vanilla humanoid fallbacks that were loaded but not used.
* Fixed an error for Romulan Mining Station having an incorrect attachment.
* Cleaned up error log from material related entries.
* Adjusted ship preview zoom for all ships, preparing for NSC3 compatibility.
* Added military_station_large_entity for those 5 shipsets that have military stations.
* Added some more empty meshes for military station modules.
* Reduced all T5 sizes; setting up for NSC3 T6 and T7 starbase sizes respectively.
* Enhanced thumbnail because it was unreadable when shrunk.

* Fixed Cardassian shipset not using the correct empty mesh ("startrek_empty_mesh") for some ship sections.
* Cleaned up an error for missing locator in military stations.
* Cleaned up errors for each starbase requiring some locators (except for medium_gun_10~13 that are not required).
* Increased formation spread for all ships to avoid clipping and humping as much as possible.
* Adjusted size of some Fed ships (cruiser and above) according to Stellaris' ship sizes. (Thanks for the feedback, Sam Wise!)
* Commented out "randomized = no" for all main shipsets, AI is now able to use these ships without falling back to their respective graphical culture fallback.
* Added empty starbase MODULE entities to avoid fallbacks that would attach vanilla modules to Star Trek starbases depending on what is built. This resolves graphical bugs for smaller starbases with clipping modules from other graphical cultures. (Thanks for the report, Kashy!)
