- Added console variables:
-- cvar_sc_nocuteffects: disables the cut surface effect.
-- cvar_sc_drainrate: sets the suit drain rate. If 0 or less, you can cut without suit charge.
-- cvar_sc_dissolvetime: sets the time it takes for cut pieces to dissolve. If 0 or less, pieces never dissolve.
- Added the cleanup option "Cut Pieces" which lets you clean up all the cut pieces that you created.
