z_avoidteammates 0 removed, incapped crawling speed increased to 33% for consistency.

removed BOTs being stupid when running left 4 bots together with this, fixed cycle time (set it to fire faster instead of slower oops), lowered reload time while downed to 1.2 instead of 1.25 by valve so the animations look smoother.
