Tweaked the non-square grid spacing very slightly to avoid weirdness in the grid far from the center of the world
(this was due to floating point precision issues)
Added option to have controllers place things at the feet of the player, instead of at an offset (defaults to on).

Massive rewrite of code to improve stability and performance
Added option to show the number of the item on the cursor, but hide the object (if you had it set to hidden before, it will now show the number)
Fixed issue on controllers where bringing up the scoreboard would disable the mod
Fixed placement not rotating around the player on controllers (before it was always in one direction)
Added dynamic grid building and refreshing. It now detects how much time it's using and tries to stay within a time budget (set in the configuration)
(this should resolve lag issues for almost everyone, and make the grid more accurate if things change in it, such as birds landing)
Added diamond and four hexagonal geometries
Added indicator to make it clearer which tile you were pointing to with turf/pitchforks
Added in-game menu (brought up with the toggle button) for switching geometries, changing color, and other settings
Updated build grid placers to be more brightly colored and have nicer-looking outlines
Changed default color to outlined
Changed grid size options to be more reasonable
