Added shitty heisting room, may make a whole criminal house with a better heisting room and some other shit, don't get your hopes up.

Added bank decorations, redone key system (now needs 3 keys to get into the vault not just one), changed locks in vault, changed chests in vault (no longer picking up those pesky gold pieces by hand), added more gold to vault, added bank terms and conditions book, added manager NPC.
