Updated upvaluehacker code for consistency across my mods.

Changed location of the upvalue hacker utility to inside the modmain file, to prevent serious issues with mods who have it in other folders.

Added feature to prevent bees from attacking you in Spring if you're wearing the Beekeeper Hat.

Updated to match current quality of my mods.

Removed passive hat decay.

Added config options:
Release bees? If neutral bees should be released on harvest.
Hat degradation. If hat durability should go down on harvest.
