- fixed xm8 scope not showing RT after shooting M203

- updated bolt and charging handle - bolt now moves correctly(separately from charging handle) - can be seen with deployed bipod
- enabled mag bodygroups - when you reload empty, mags coming out of weapon dont have bullets in them
